Chronic constipation can be hard to stop or elimination, since the colon have become weak. In most cases, they have to know how to be retrained.
For those of you who have mild constipation, here is a morning smoothie that will help activate your colon. This milkshake with nutrients to use your body to regenerate full gut and body.
I have this shake for several years. I have enough to drink immediately and taken to drink in my thermos at 10.00.
If I drink it I just start to see things in the blender without measuring. You can do the same and make adjustments on the fly.
- a peeled banana
- 4-5 strawberries or berries or fruits
- a tablespoon of lecithin granules
- 1-2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil
- half and half almond milk and apple juice
- in a coffee grinder, grinding about a teaspoon or less of the following:
- brown sesame seeds - high lecithin, vitamin C, E and calcium. Improve liver function and helps with constipation
- Sunflower seeds - are high in protein, calcium and iron. You are one of the best natural foods that the body is fed
- Flaxseed - High in fiber and provide bulk to the stool
- Almonds - use about 7.6 or more. They are rich in calcium, phosphorus and B vitamins Just eat something. They are rich in calories
Sometimes I added powdered acidophilus capsules number.
If I do not add the almonds, I have just all the little seed in the blender without grinding. Blender will break.
It is a powerful smoothie to give you strength in the morning and your colon to turn to move.
